About Us

The Kildare ICA Federation was formed in 1953 at a meeting held in Straffan and the first President of the Federation was Ms. Duncan from Kill. Our current Federation President is Netta Crowley a member of Kilteel Guild. NETTA is married to Jerry and they have three Sons..She is a Nurse by profession. At the moment we have 26 vibrant Guilds in Kildare, all of which meet once a month, not only to organise and partake in activities such as pitch and putt, salsa dancing, art, yoga, computer classes, competitions, trips to places of interest like Scotland, England and the European Parliament, outings to the theatre, weekends away to the ICA college An Grianan, but also to discuss and represent women's views, to provide women with opportunities for personal development, mutual support, education and information, and issues that are fundamental to the provision of equality for women in Irish society.

Don't miss out. Come and join us
